Land Navigation

One of the most perishable skills. We must maintain our ability to navigate through different terrains by day and night. 5/5 points is the standard. You will have the opportunity to practice plenty of land navigation; mainly on Yankee North or Yankee South land navigation courses. Focusing on the fundamentals is key to success. Beginning with correctly orienting your map, correctly plotting your points and double checking it, creating a route plan (C shape), and planning the most viable attack point.
